The company doesn’t always sell its phones officially in the UK but it will do soon through Three. And its latest phone is the Mi 8, successor to the Mi 6. Xiaomi has skipped the Mi 7 name as its also celebrating its eighth year in 2018. Young companies, eh? In addition to the Mi 8, Xiaomi used its 31 May event to show off a new Explorer Edition and the Mi 8 SE, as well as the Mi Band 3 and MIUI 10, the latest version of Xiaomi’s Android skin. For everything you need to know about the Mi 8 and its siblings, check out our Mi 8 release date, price and specs round up. Additional products launched during the two-hour-long event were the Mi TV 4 75in and the Mi VR Standalone.
